PILATES MAT CLASS / ALL LEVELS

Pilates – low intensity exercise designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body using your own body weight all you need is focus and a mat. Regular practice is highly effective and beneficial,  joint mobility increases greatly, risk of injury lowers, posture improves, perfect for an active life and more.
