Squash Internal Minileagues

The internal squash minileagues run throughout the year. It’s a great way to meet new folk & are suitable for players from beginner to team standard. Divisions usually comprise 5 or 6 players. Matches are played best of 5 games. Recommended scoring is point a rally to 15. Play a minimum of 3 games to avoid being dropped!  We aim to keep our courts at 18 deg C, making the use of the single yellow a popular choice.

“I’m super excited to let you know that I have a six week beginners /  intermediate squash coaching course starting on Monday (see Events & Calendar page for block start dates) throughout the year from 6.00-7.00 which will cost £52.00 in total for this block of lessons. This will be suitable for lower league players  On the course we will cover basic shots, movement & technique as well as playing games and going through shot selection.  The sessions will be good fun and varied and will be a great way to meet other players of a similar ability. If you would like to attend but cant make every session then I will be able to combine this with an individual session.
